Who can Apply ?

       Education Qualification

 Minimum Education Qualification & Eligibility Criteria are different for different posts.

Eligibility Criteria for Professor, Additional Professor, and Other Posts.

1) Professor:

For Medical Candidate:

14 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized institution in subject specialty after obtaining of M.D./M.S.
Or

12 years teaching and research experience during a recognized institution in subject specialty after obtaining of M.Ch./D.M. (Two years or Five years course recognized after MBBS) in respective discipline/subject.
Or

11  years  teaching  and  research  experience in recognized institution  in  subject  specialty for  candidates possessing  3 years  recognized  degree  of  D.M/M.Ch  in respective  discipline/subject.

Non-Medical candidates:

Fourteen years teaching and research experience indiscipline/subject concerned after obtaining Ph.D.

2) Additional Professor:

For Medical Candidates:

10 years teaching and research experience during a recognized institution in subject speciality after obtaining of M.D. /M.S.

Or

8 years teaching and research experience during a recognized institution in subject speciality after obtaining of D.M./M.Ch.  (Two  years  or  Five  years  recognized  course  after  MBBS)  in respective  discipline/subject. 

Or

7  years  teaching  and  research  experience  in  recognized  an institution in  subject specialty for candidate possessing  3  years  recognized degree D.M./M.Ch.  in respective  discipline/subject.

For Non-Medical candidates:

10 years teaching and/or research experience indiscipline/subject of concerned after obtaining Ph.D.

3) Associate Professor:

For Medical Candidates:

6 years teaching and research experience during a experience in a recognized institution in subject specialty after obtaining of M.D./M.S.

Or

4 years teaching and research experience durng a recognized institution in subject specialty after obtaining of

D.M./M.Ch.  (Two  years  or  Five  years  recognized  course  after  MBBS)  in respective

discipline/subject 

Or

3  years  teaching  and  research experience in a recognized  institution in subject  speciality  for a candidate possessing  Three years  recognized  degree  D.M.  /M.Ch.  in respective  discipline/subject 

For Non-Medical candidates:

Six years teaching and research experience indiscipline/subject of concerned after obtaining Ph.D.

4) Assistant Professor:

For Medical Candidates:

3 years teaching and research experience in experience in a recognized institution in subject  speciality after obtaining of M.D./M.S.

Or

1  year  teaching and research experience in a  recognized institution in subject speciality after obtaining of D.M./M.Ch. (Two years or Five years recognized course after MBBS) or qualification recognized degree in D.M./M.Ch.

However,  no  any experience  is  necessary for  candidates possessing Three  years  recognized  degree  of  D.M./M.Ch. 

For Non-Medical candidates:

Three years teaching and research experience indiscipline/subject of concerned after obtaining Ph.D.
